Robert Harper was pleased with this nice 6lb Grilse - caught at the Top Boards pool on the Carnsalloch beat on at 4pm wed 5th Aug 2009.

He took the fish on the worm. The fish was sea liced and he told us "guess I was lucky because a lot of fish seem to be just shooting right through the river".

His wee son Robert was more than impressed!
