"I'm happy to report that Jimmy McDonald got off the mark on Saturday 1st November. Jimmy hasn't been fishing so much this season for a range of reasons, but he has now been able to get out on the river late in the season. He caught these two salmon at the Denholms Wood Pool.

He caught them on a Junction Shrimp of his own tying. The fish weighed 11.5lb and 6lb."
