Jamie Moore - a young local angler from Dumfries - took this fish of the Cowhill Beat on 16th August 2008. The fish weighed 14lb 6oz and was sealiced.
The fish was taken on a Devon Minnow
Jamie lost another one - a small grillse - just a short while later.
