Best day we've ever had for many a year. . . .

Three anglers from Yorkshire fished the Old Mains beat on Monday where three fish of 12, 10 & 6lb respectively were landed. All were caught on Fly.

The three - Jim Soboleski, Vance Mears and Graham Waugh are pictured with fellow visitor Gordon Hunter who also took a nice fish.

"The best days fishing we have had in many a year" was their comment over the compulsory celebratory dram.
