"A quick e-mail to let you know about the cracking 18.8lb Cock Salmon I caught at Dalscone on DGAA water, on Mon 9th of Nov.
The fish was very fresh and a bar of silver.
The fish took a red and black floating minnow and put up a fair old fight before finally coming to the net.
Pictured with the fish is my nephew Jaiden Simpson, who’s Dad Scott, and I regularly fish the Burgh and DGAA water. I think I can safely say that I have the “fish of the season” between us two this year, but there’s still time yet, so good luck to Scott!
It’s certainly nice to see the big fish getting landed.
