Local Dumfries angler Lee Simpson had a freshly-run 6lb Grilse (top) and a 10lb Salmon (bottom) which was coloured and was returned on 31st Oct at the Carnsalloch beat's Rileys Bank.

Lee told us "There wasn't much showing all day, but they are obviously there."
