Dumfries angler Tam Hill's youngest son Brodie is pictured giving his dad a hand to hold a nice salmon.
Tam took the fish from the DGAA's Dalscone pool on June 5th. The salmon weighed 8.5lb and was caught on a single dendrobaena worm using 4lb line.
Tam tells us he tried for over 20 minutes to return the fish but sad to say without success.
