A beautifully fresh salmon caught on Friday 11th July at the Top Boards Pool on the DGAA's Carnsalloch Beat.

The fish had obviously run in straight from the sea, following heavy rain the previous day.

It tipped the scales to 8lb 2oz and was caught on worm.
