Richard Tunstall and his friends had a wonderful days fishing at Carnsalloch's "Top Boards" Pool on Monday 19th November 2007. Richard and his 3 friends landed a total of 12 fish that day. They told us they "would be back".

And back they came . . .

One of Richard's friends, Steve Kettlewell e-mailed us to say "Only three of us visited Carnsalloch again on the 12th November.  I managed three fish (2 returned), with Richard Tunstall landing a nice clean hen (returned) and newcomer Vic Wilson landing 2 - including a whopping 20lb cock fish (returned).

We stayed over and fished Friars Carse the following day.

We took another three - although for my part, I lost four - a couple could be unlucky - but four is downright clumsy!

Of the 9 fish we landed, only 2 were coloured, 5 were "brand new", fantastic quality for November!
